1.Check whether there is a quality certification of air fryer products and whether you can provide a test report.
CB certification (designed to reduce the need for repeated testing and certification of electronic products through mutual recognition among member states, meaning that the product has met international safety standards.)
CE certification (indicating that the product meets the health, safety and environmental protection requirements of the European Union). Is a necessary condition for the free circulation of products in the European market.
EMC certification (electromagnetic compatibility certification ensures that the product neither produces nor is affected by electromagnetic interference in the electromagnetic environment, and can work normally)
ETL certification (indicating that the product has passed the electrical safety standard test in the United States, Recognized in the U.S. and Canadian markets)
ROHS certification (indicating that the product is free of harmful substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE)), etc.
2. Conduct an on-site inspection of the air fryer production line to understand the main structure of the air fryer , including the shell, heating element, control system, food basket, production process and process control.
The quality of the heating element will affect the service life.
High-quality heating elements can distribute heat more evenly and reduce local overheating. Always evaluate the service life and failure rate of the product. Investigate the manufacturer ‘s production equipment, production capacity and production line layout.
Understand the production capacity and scheduling capacity of the air fryer to see if it can meet the needs of customer orders .
Whether each air fryer has been tested for water immersion, rated high voltage test, insulation resistance test, dry fort jump time test, load test, etc. before leaving the factory.
Check the verification process report to ensure that safety performance meets the standards.

3.Understand the size of the air fryer manufacturer’s R&D team, how many highly educated personnel are involved in design and management , examine the frequency of the manufacturer’s new product launches,
the company’s new product design and development in recent years , and how many air fryer-related patents it owns, including invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents.
4.Investigate the air fryer manufacturer’s supply chain management , evaluate the manufacturer’s raw material procurement channels and quality control
5.The company’s inventory management and logistics distribution capabilities. Evaluate the delivery speed to meet customers’ demand for fast delivery.
6.Understand the manufacturer’s after-sales service policy, such as the warranty period of the air fryer, the warranty period of the whole machine and the repair period of major components, and whether 2% spare parts can be provided to prevent problems from being solved quickly. This will help evaluate the efficiency of problem solving.
7.Look for cases of air fryer manufacturers cooperating with well-known brands , and evaluate their cooperation experience and credibility , market reputation , etc.
8.Investigate whether the manufacturer has the ability to customize the brand, including the color printing design of the air fryer’s outer packaging carton, the air fryer’s own brand logo, and the bilingual customization of the instructions based on the country’s local language.
